I’m not a big fan of raw fish, so my tartare is made entirely with smoked salmon. You can, however, replace part of it with raw salmon if you like.

Salmon Tartare for 2–3 people
Ingredients :
- approx. 400 g (14 oz) smoked salmon
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp neutral oil (canola or sunflower)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 pickled cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- Small bunch of chives and dill, chopped
Instructions:
Finely chop the smoked salmon and drizzle with lemon juice.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
