A delicious and light Indian flatbread. It is served with sauces and salads but tastes great on its own as well.

- Ingredients:
150 ml warm milk,
2 flat teaspoons instant yeast,
450 g flour,
1 teaspoon baking soda,
1 teaspoon salt,
2 teaspoons sugar,
150 ml plain yogurt,
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds (or nigella seeds as a substitute),
60 g melted butter
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and let it stand in a warm place for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Add the milk with yeast and the yogurt, then knead into a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place to rise for at least 1 hour.
Place a baking tray in the oven and preheat to the highest temperature. Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll each into an oval about 25 cm long and 13 cm wide. Bake 2 breads at a time for about 3 minutes. Remove, brush immediately with butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
