Delicious buns with garlic-parsley butter. Soft, tender, and full of flavor.

Ingredients
Dough
- 400 g flour
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 300 ml milk
- 30 g softened butter
- Garlic Butter
- 60 g softened butter
- 6–7 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
For brushing
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk
Preparation
Make the dough
Combine the flour, yeast, milk, salt, and sugar. Knead the dough, then add the butter and knead again.
Leave in a warm place for at least 1½ hours to rise.
Prepare the garlic butter
Mix the butter with garlic and parsley. Leave at room temperature.
Shape the buns
Divide the dough into 8 balls and let them rise on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for about 10 minutes.
Shape the buns into elongated rolls and let rise for 30 minutes.
Make a deep slit along the center of each roll and let them rise for another 10 minutes.

Add the butter
Place the garlic butter into the slit — using two small spoons works well.
Bake
Beat the egg with the milk and brush the exposed edges of the buns.
Bake at 180ºC for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
