One of my favorite dressings! You can use it to season any type of salad

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar (add more if desired)
- 1 tsp mustard of your choice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dried herbs, or a ready-made herb mix
- 1 tbsp water (or more, to thin the dressing)
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- Any salad greens or mixed leaves, chopped or torn
- Optional additional vegetables: cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, etc.
In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients except the butter with a stick. Mix well and add the butter. Try it and maybe season it. Pour over the salad just before serving.
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients except the oil. Mix well.
- Add the oil and stir until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Pour over salad just before serving.
